GamesHorizon is a very recently formed start-up; and the company is driven by an ex-IIMC ex-McKinsey alumnus .It envisages to focus on the video games industry and deliver timely, credible and engaging content to gamers around the world. We are looking for a skilled, creative and driven individual to fully own and drive the online presence for the GamesHorizon brand. The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital marketing plan encompassing SEO, keyword analysis and research, and social media. Key responsibilities: - Plan and execute SEO strategy through keyword, back-links and competition analysis - Design, build and significantly increase social media presence for the brand across all key platforms: FB, Instagram, Twitter, Discord, Reddit, Quora. - Brainstorm new, creative and effective growth strategies - Own; and ensure a consistent and delightful consumer experience across multiple channels - Devise strategies to positively impact web traffic, increase reach across the right target audience - Manage and monitor key parameters of website to ensure smooth functioning; respond and resolve promptly to troubleshoot website issues Key Requirements: - Proficient in understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods; with excellent knowledge of keyword and competition analysis tools - Proven ability to derive actionable insights from data analysis - Excellent understanding of various social media platforms and best practices - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to execute in individual capacity and deliver on plans - Proficiency in website maintenance, administration, trouble-shooting - High degree of preference for someone with passion for PC and console games in general - Candidate should have minimum 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing The position is for a full-time role which is remote-based. Contract length: 3 months Salary: 915,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
