We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and display advertising.
- Manage website content, including landing pages, blogs, and social media profiles.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure digital marketing campaigns align with overall business objectives.
- Research and stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Optimize website and marketing campaigns for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
