Manufacturing & Global Procurement Global Q&HSE HSE Global QHSE Global QHSE Digital Transformation Department is a part of the Global QSE function under the COO area and Digital Business Transformation area. QSE Digital Transformation is primarily responsible for elevating digital landscape in QSE. This team is located in Chennai and collaborates with Global IT and business to enable improvement in Quality and HSE performance. The goal of this role is to Drive Digital Transformation to deliver breakthrough improvements in QHSE Performance. Responsibilities Specialized in HSE and corresponding IT supporting tools), you will be part of the consulting team to drive digital transformation from early idea and innovation through the project operation, optimization and finally decommissioning Support Global QSE to bring our business stakeholders engagement to the next level Understand our business strategy and goals, the main value drivers related and IT capabilities to build the best digital solutions Be the functional product owner for digital solution projects from idea over implementation to decommissioning (advisory, analysis, design, build, Go Live) Support the business on choice of digital solutions to support their processes capabilities Map the existing HSE digital landscape & improve user adoption of selected technologies across the value chain Support Continuous improvement of existing and coming HSE IT Solutions Be the Single Point of Contact for Senior Management on analysis and improvement of HSE digital space while delivering demands and creating best in industry roadmap for Vestas Qualifications A bachelor\'s degree or master\'s degree in engineering or similarwith minimum 15+ years of experience in HSE and 5+ years of experience in Digital Transformation Experience in supporting implementation of IT systems to enhance HSE Performance Experience in Digital Transformation in a global consulting firm or blue-chip organization Competencies Experience in collaboration in projects using agile and DevOPs methodologies and relevant HSE IT products, platforms and solutions Ability to develop and apply HSE and consulting skills and competencies effectively to solve complex business issues Ability to evaluate business needs and propose products and platforms by means of process to capability mapping Good communication and presentation skills, being able to materialize visions into tangible value, across different stakeholders across our Value Chain Critical, strategic and value thinker Good social and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English, both oral and written What We Offer You will be a part of Global #1 sustainable organization and one of the most prominent leader in Wind turbine market globally with +164 GW of wind turbines installed in 88 countries.
