Position: Digital CRM Functional:What You Will Be Doing:\xc2\xb7 Gather information and document business requirement document for any new requirements/change requests\xc2\xb7 Elicit, analyze, specify and verify business requirements / features/user stories created by other business analysts\xc2\xb7 Responsible for understanding the business needs, requirement analysis, identifying business solutions and validating the pros and cons of the solutions options\xc2\xb7 Participate and lead requirement gathering workshops\xc2\xb7 Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)\xc2\xb7 Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements\xc2\xb7 Assess business process and system inefficiencies\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated fluency in business processes and process differentiation\xc2\xb7 Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes\xc2\xb7 Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations\xc2\xb7 Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.\xc2\xb7 Meet with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines\xc2\xb7 Develop and execute test plansWhat We Are Looking For:\xc2\xb7 7-10 Years of experience as a Business Analyst\xc2\xb7 Experience on CRM Domain on Digital transformation initiativesSCM backgroud would be preferred.\xc2\xb7 Experience on CRM Domain\xc2\xb7 Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business\xc2\xb7 Data analysis \xe2\x80\x93 Must have proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical skills\xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing\xc2\xb7 Experience working on agile methodology projects with highly volatile requirements\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team\xc2\xb7 Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills\xc2\xb7 Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users\xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills\xc2\xb7 Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and delivery teams\xc2\xb7 Experience as a Certified Scrum Master would be an advantageAbout ArrowArrow Electronics, Inc.
