Digital CRM,Loyalty marketing and SEO specialist (Marketing Automation)

We are hiring for a well known German footwear brand\'s India Digital Operations. Position is based in Gurgaon for a candidate with extensive experience in Digital CRM and SEO for Marketing automation.

Key areas:

- Develop the CRM framework, implement, launch and thereafter end to end management of the marketing automation tool with a clear objective of revenue maximization, enhancing customer experience, Retention and conversion.

- Improving website\'s visibility in search engine results and increasing organic traffic through keyword and content research and executing all the on-site and technical SEO optimization.

- He/she would need to identify, develop, pilot, and guide innovation of digital programs and loyalty that deepen the connection with our customers to drive brand love and engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Marketing Automation: Configure, implement, and manage marketing automation platforms (preferably moengage) to create and deploy automated email marketing, SMS campaigns, whatsapp campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives.

- Customer Journey Optimization: Develop and optimize customer journey workflows to nurture prospective customers and retain current customers. Segment and personalize marketing communications based on customer behaviour, preferences, and demographics.

- Email Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns, scheduling sends and increase customer database. Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics, making data-driven improvements.

- Lead the development and implementation of market-level loyalty programs and supporting marketing activities. Responsibilities include consultation on developing loyalty program mechanics and targets, management of program launches and timelines, consultation on launch plans, monitoring results and addressing business performance requirements through sustainment.

- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Generate reports and insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.

- A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests on email subject lines, content, and campaign elements to optimize conversion rates.

- Web personalization: Make changes to the landing pages as per the customer segments using multiple personalization techniques to improve the funnel metrics.

- Integration: Integrate marketing automation platforms with CRM/CDP systems and e-commerce platforms to ensure seamless data flow between retail store ERP system and payment gateways.

- Build and manage the SEO strategy in close co-ordination with the external agency while aligning with global guidelines.

- Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords. Analyze keyword trends, competition, and search volume to develop effective SEO strategies.

- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and internal linking for improved search engine ranking.

- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with the chosen keywords. Create and maintain an editorial calendar for content publication.

- Link Building: Implement link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites. Monitor and disavow toxic or low-quality backlinks.

- Technical SEO: Audit websites for technical SEO issues and recommend fixes for better performance. Ensure proper indexing of website pages by search engines.

- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and conversion rates using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs). Provide regular reports and insights on SEO performance to management.

- Competitor Analysis: Research and analyze competitor SEO strategies to identify opportunities and threats.

Competencies:

- Advanced understanding and practical experience of Marketing automation tool

- Understanding the CRM journeys and website personalization.

- Advanced level experience with SEO

- Prior Experience in managing loyalty / membership programs.

- Advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Knowledge of Moengage and Shopify is highly preferred

- Strong presentation and communication skills are essential

- Ability to be flexible, perform well under pressure and manage priorities to deliver objectives within established timelines

- Detail orientated and demonstrates accuracy

- Proven ability to successfully work in a highly cross-functional environment

- Fluent English communication skills - oral and written

Qualifications:

- Degree in marketing, digital technologies, or similar relevant field

- Minimum of 3-4 years\' experience in a digital marketing role involving SEO and Marketing automation

Personal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in an international multicultural team.
