Job Description


As a member of the Digital Content team, you\'ll ensure each content change request is delivered according to rigorous Digital processes and standards, at the highest level of quality and efficiency.

This role provides the excitement of hands-on publishing and delivery support, and also the opportunity to shape requirements for emerging CMS technologies, delivery platforms and future customer experiences.

Specific requirements:

  • Enter and manage customer-facing content into an AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) content management system based on approved content requirements documentation
  • Collaborate with Business, Product, Creative, and Technology teams to ensure content is authored in the CMS, and delivered to customers with quality and accuracy
  • Drive automation and content intake/delivery process efficiencies
  • Perform regression testing for new functionality releases
  • Document job aids and process flows
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Excellent time management skills and a goal-oriented personality and ability to quickly learn new skills, systems, processes
  • Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
  • 4-6 years of AEM, or other Content Management system experience
  • A minimum of two years project management experience preferred
  • Ability to analyze, diagnose and solve content issues
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and XML
  • Working knowledge of Agile process and principles, including use of Agile project management tools (i.e., Confluence, JIRA, Git, etc.)
