Roles and Responsibilities 1. JOB PURPOSE (Summarize in one statement why the job exists; and how it contributes to the overall objective of the company) One Web is one of the three large pieces of the company\xe2\x80\x99s omnipresence strategy and the most important. It is an integrated platform offering a portfolio of products covering payments, cards, wallets, loans, deposits, mutual funds, and loans on lifestyle products ranging from consumer durables to home furnishing. The One Web platform will integrate our home-grown ecommerce store, insurance marketplace, investment marketplace, payments engine including BBPS and offer a consumer-tech experience to our customers. It will be a dynamic digital platform which will be hyper-personalized for each customer and provide the right nudges across multiple channels to start, resume or finish the journey. You will build and implement the company\xe2\x80\x99s digital communication strategy and leverage new formats to continuously refresh the way we communicate across inbound & outbound channels.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Content & communications Strategy
Build and implement the communications strategy to meet business objectives like increase in traffic, leads, product awareness Communications production
Complete responsibility for all on and off-us communication to drive traffic and impact business
Ability to write/edit clear and concise content unique to the platform, and influence/direct designers and art directors for creative layouts
Increase CTR, OR and other critical metrics for all content production for PM
Manage the expansive agency and freelancer ecosystem to support high-scale content production New capabilities
Drive the development of content capabilities around production, automation, distribution and amplification, thereby leading to a reduction in TAT and costs
Identifying opportunities for new formats and channels for content marketing
Customer obsession and governance
Relentless focus on making customer interactions non-intrusive; using content to create a frictionless experience Zero tolerance for content & communication errors Create checks and balances in the system so that all customer-facing content is first time right, every time Keep up to date with graphic design technologies, techniques, and modern trends to deliver cutting edge work Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and communicate progress and expected milestones Have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques
Performance tracking
Tracking and analyzing production, traffic and engagement metrics
Gauge efficacy of content produced, and drive changes wherever needed

Qualifications & Work Experience
3-5 years of relevant experience in the space of content marketing/advertising, experience in Digital Marketing or at an advertising agency will be an advantage
Master\'s in Mass Communication from Tier 1 colleges; certification in digital marketing/content marketing will be a bonus
Excellent command over the English language
Ability to handle complex briefs and ideate out of the box
Leverage new formats to continuously refresh the way we communicate across inbound & outbound channels
