Profile: DAM & CMS Deployment-Digital Marketing Agency Salary: 70000 to 80000 Location: Dwarka, New Delhi 5 Days working Time: 9 AM to 6 PM Position Overview: As a DAM (Digital Asset Management) & CMS (Content Management System) Deployment Executive, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation, configuration, and management of DAM and CMS solutions within our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass deploying, optimizing, and maintaining these systems to ensure efficient digital asset management and seamless content publication. Key Responsibilities: Deployment and Configuration: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their digital asset and content management needs. - Deploy and configure DAM and CMS systems to meet organizational requirements. - Customize and tailor these systems to align with specific business objectives. Content and Asset Management: - Organize, categorize, and tag digital assets for easy retrieval and usage. - Ensure consistent version control and maintain an organized content repository. - Collaborate with content creators to streamline their content publishing workflows. Integration: - Integrate DAM and CMS systems with other software and platforms as needed. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain system compatibility. Training and Support: - Provide training and support to end-users on DAM and CMS usage. - Address user queries and issues promptly to ensure smooth operation. Security and Compliance: - Implement and enforce security measures to protect digital assets and content. - Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices. Performance Optimization: - Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as required. - Regularly update DAM and CMS software to leverage new features and enhancements. Documentation: - Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and processes. - Create user guides and training materials for internal teams. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.). Proven experience in deploying and managing DAM and CMS solutions. Proficiency with the popular DAM and CMS platform (Pimcore). Strong understanding of digital asset management best practices. Familiarity with web technologies, HTML, and CSS. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Additional Information: This position may require occasional travel or remote support for geographically dispersed teams. Certification in relevant DAM and CMS platforms is a plus.
