RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Digital Strategy Development: \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives. \xc2\xb7 Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital campaigns. 2. Social Media Management: \xc2\xb7 Oversee and manage all social media platforms, fostering engagement and building a vibrant online community. \xc2\xb7 Create captivating and shareable content tailored for each platform to enhance brand awareness. 3. Content Creation: \xc2\xb7 Develop compelling content for digital platforms, collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistency. \xc2\xb7 Implement and manage a content calendar to maintain a consistent posting schedule. 4. Community Engagement: \xc2\xb7 Implement strategies to actively engage and grow the online community. \xc2\xb7 Encourage user-generated content and leverage customer testimonials. 5. Analytics and Reporting: \xc2\xb7 Use analytics tools to measure and track the success of digital campaigns. \xc2\xb7 Provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement. \xc2\xb7 Keep track of competitor\xe2\x80\x99s advertising strategies and market trends to identify opportunities and threats. 6. Paid Advertising: \xc2\xb7 Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on various digital platforms. \xc2\xb7 Leverage advertising experience in services, product launches, ecommerce, and SaaS products. 7. Business Development: \xc2\xb7 Implement diverse lead generation channels, manage email marketing campaigns, and optimize GMB. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate and execute events and campaigns to promote brand awareness and offerings. \xc2\xb7 Regularly meet with the leadership team to align strategies and focus on improving sales. 8. Partnerships and Affiliates: \xc2\xb7 Seek and develop partnerships for business growth. \xc2\xb7 Manage affiliate relationships to expand the brand\'s reach. 9. Collaboration and Leadership: \xc2\xb7 Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the leadership team, for strategic alignment. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with technical teams to create visually appealing and technically accurate content. QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience of minimum 2- 3 years as a Digital and Social Media Manager or in a similar role. - In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. - Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and paid advertising. - Proficiency in graphic design tools and content creation software. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. - Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
