- Should have knowledge of MM to Carat Size Conversion and should have experience using sieves
- Assorting and shading of natural gemstones
- Assorting and grading of Uncut Polki\xe2\x80\x99s
- Attention to detail
- Focus on the quality of the raw material
- Focus on the cut of the loose diamonds
- Reference from the diamond industry is an absolute must
