Job Responsibilities: - Setting up new dialer campaigns/configuring IVR/ Outbound list management on dialer. Configure and troubleshoot GSM/SIP/PRI interface - Taking Backup of Asterisk and SIP servers. Managing and troubleshooting dialer/ IVR /hardware/network/PRI/SIP based issue for dialer. Monitoring Server health and backup procedure - Understand and resolve end user issues related to dialer - Coordinate with dialer vendor to resolve outages. Job Requirement Must have experience in BPO/Call center environment in a 24x7x365 client services environment. Should have good command over Asterisk CLI and its commands Must have had hands-on experience in working and managing Asterisk based dialer platform (Contaque preferred) Must have created and managed campaign/IVR/ Trunk (SIP/PRI)/ asterisk level configuration/GSM Gateway Should have had hands-on experience in validating common reports like disposition/inbound / outbound call Must have had hands on experience in managing Linux OS using CLI (rsync, samba, etc.) - Should have had hands on experience in reviewing logs for troubleshooting
