Job Description
We are India's first financial helpline. We act as an intermediary between Customers and banks. We have tie-ups with leading banks such as HDFC, Kotak, Axis, Muthoot etc.Salary : 13K - 25K plus lucrative incentives- L1 : 13K-15K- L2 : 15K-18K- L3 : 18K-24K- L4 : 25K + :- A candidate is required to coordinate with the customer and bankers for the smooth and effective working of the organization.- Providing help and advice to customers about the products or services.- Communicating courteously with customers.- Handling customer complaints or any major incidents.- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customersSkills Required : - An interest in Sales Products- Should have excellent communication skills- Good selling skills- The ability to explain complex information clearly and simplyEligibility :Age: 20-25- Any Graduate with 0-6 month of work experience in sales.- Good sales and convincing skills (ref:updazz.com)
