Maintain accurate clocking practices by clocking on and off every repair order. Written additional job information in RO & update to SA / JC Ensure efficient execution of all repair work through effective usage of tools and equipment as referred by dealer connect Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order. Road tests vehicles when required or refers to the test technician. Proper understanding of Technical bulletin and implementation of the same as per requirement Active Participation at In-house training. Proactively solve electrical concerns and also familiar with Scan tools. Service Technician has to ensure that cars are being diagnosed, maintained and repaired according to given technical standards and therefore ensure highest customer satisfaction. Complete Rapid Response Transmittal & Technical service bulletins. Ensures that customers' cars are kept clean. Notifies service advisor immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle Maintains and is accountable for all dealership-owned tools and manuals.
