Qualification - B. Tech. (Mechanical)
1. Maintenance Planning & Strategy
Develop long-term and short-term maintenance strategies covering preventive, predictive, and shutdown activities. Establish structured planning systems (SAP/CMMS) ensuring timely execution
2. Reliability Engineering
Analyze equipment performance (MTBF, MTTR, RUL) and implement reliability improvement actions based on data insights.
3. Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM)
Establish CBM programs using vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, and hydraulic monitoring tools. Define thresholds and corrective actions
4. IoT Integration & Digital Tools
Lead implementation of IoT-based predictive maintenance systems and digital dashboards for real-time condition monitoring. Leverage telematics and analytics to improve equipment uptime.
5. Lube Management & Fluid Health
Oversee centralized lube management system ensuring contamination control, oil sampling, and fluid health monitoring to reduce wear and component failures.
6. MIS & Reporting
Review daily/weekly/monthly maintenance KPIs, analyze trends, and present performance dashboards to management.
7. Cost Optimization & Continuous Improvement
Drive cost-saving initiatives through reliability improvement, data-driven decisions, and improved component life cycles
8. People Development & Team Leadership
Guide engineers in Planning, Reliability, CBM, and IoT functions; conduct training and ensure skill upgradation in digital maintenance
