: Qualification - B.Tech/B.E or Diploma (Mechanical Engineering)
Maintenance & Operations Leadership - Lead and plan preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to achieve equipment availability targets.
Fault Diagnosis & Troubleshooting - Identify, analyze, and rectify faults in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Minimize machine downtime through accurate fault detection and quick resolution.
Hydraulic & Vehicle System Management - Conduct inspection, testing, and calibration of hydraulic circuits and vehicle systems. Maintain system performance parameters and ensure safe, leak-free operations.
Quality & Safety Compliance - Risk assessment and safety measures implementation, conduct audits and reporting. Ensure adherence to all safety standards, PPE use, and statutory maintenance compliance.
Team Support & Technical Guidance - Support Maintenance team and operators in understanding system faults and preventive maintenance. Cross functional Coordination for effective workflow and resource utilization.
Maintenance Execution - Carry out and supervise routine and corrective maintenance activities on field equipment, Mis Preparation, Maintenance record, shift report. Manage daily equipment maintenance ensuring adherence to schedules and performance targets.
Resource Management - Plan manpower, tools, and spares for efficient maintenance operations Knowledge of SAP, MS office.
Team Leadership - Train and mentor maintenance personnel for skill enhancement.
Supervise and mentor SH, FLE, mechanics, through on-job training and skill development programs. Develop, update, and implement maintenance procedures, SOPs, and checklists to ensure standardization.
