1. To Ensure reliability of equipment as per planned targets.
2. To control engineering stores inventory by effective spare parts management.
3. Compliance to Capex plan as per plan.
4. Implementation of Energy saving projects in time
5. To control Department Overtime within target
6. To achieve efficiency targets as per plan to control fabrication cost .

KRA1 Accountability:
To achieve maximum reliability of the equipment. 1. Organising Preventive and Predictive maintenance programme.
2. Ensure timely release of machine for preventive maintenance
3. Allocate required human resource, financial and material resources for executing maintenance work.
4. Proper spare part management.
5. Plan and implement the proactive measures to improve productivity by evaluating new work practices and up gradation initiatives.
KRA2 To keep cost within the budget 1. Regular monitoring of expenses against plan.
2. To ensure correct booking of expenses.
KRA3 Control inventory carrying cost of engineering stores. 1. By timely creation and updation of bin
2. Cancellation of Obselete bin items
KRA4 Compliance to statutory requirements related to all equipments. To ensure timely completion to statutory testing of all equipments as per Factories act and maharashtra factories rule.
KRA5 Timely Implementation of capital expenditure projects Taking review of projects at regular intervals
