Job Description

:
To lead and manage end-to-end logistics operations including inbound raw materials, internal material movement, warehousing, and outbound dispatch of yarn and related finished goods, ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Plan and manage inbound logistics for raw materials like cotton, polyester, chemicals, packing material etc. Oversee efficient storage, handling and internal movement of yarn packages and work-in-process.
Ensure timely dispatch of finished yarn to domestic and export markets. Optimize logistics route planning, truck placement and fleet utilization. Ensure real-time tracking of truck movement and adherence to delivery schedules.
Ensure accurate stock postings through SAP/ERP; reconcile and control inventory variance.
Implement modern storage techniques, packaging standards & space optimization.
Resolve customer delivery issues, shortages, damage claims and documentation discrepancies.
Drive capability building, safety culture and performance accountability.
