Head Finance - DGM/Sr Manager - Automotive MNC - Chennai - CA/ICWA onlyExp - Min. 10+ yrs post qualification (Sr Manager/DGM level)
- CA/ICWA qualified candidates only- Must have experience in capex projects, proposals, budgeting, etc.1. Business Cases for New Products: Discussion, Compilation, IRR Computations, Approvals2. Monitoring of Ongoing projects with respect to progress, pitfalls / delays, cash flow projection and product cost3. Evaluation of Revenue & Capex proposal4. Revenue & Capex Budget - Overseeing the process, analysis, monthly MIS, Quarterly projections5. Submission of Projects Revenue & Capex MIS with analysis for variances6. Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly closing of books of Accounts7. Facilitating Quarterly and Year end Audit8. Variance Analysis of fixed expenses for Stat Audit & major Expenses Schedule of Statutory Audit9. Supporting R&D audit under Sec 35(2ab) of Income Tax Act, 1961 for claiming Inhouse R&D expenses benefit10. Ensuring process compliance as per ICFR and Internal audit requirements11. Zero based budgeting for PD business unit12. Monitoring and supporting costing for new products under development along with Product Cost team13. Preparation and analysis of various MIS for the BusinessFunctional Competencies:1. Knowledge of Indian GAAP and SAP R/3 knowledge2. Expertise in working in fully computerized IT Environment3. Ability to manage team of officers with mix of qualified & non qualified officers4. Experience in working in Cross Functional Teams along with Technical & Non Finance team member
