We have an urgent opening for the position of DGM/GM - Digital Marketing for a reputed Real Estate Company for their Navi Mumbai (Turbhe) Location.

Reporting to: Director/ Head of Department
Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership and Management: Manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure the team\'s success in executing campaigns and achieving targets.
• Develop Digital Marketing Strategy: Lead the development of comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives, incorporating Google AdWords, Demand Gen, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other relevant channels.
• Integrations: Experience in seamlessly integrating Google Ads API with CRM systems to synchronize data, automate campaign management, optimize bidding strategies, and enable closed-loop reporting for enhanced targeting, efficiency, and ROI.
• Budget Management: Oversee the allocation and optimization of digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI across various channels and campaigns.
• Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Performance Tracking and Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns, analyze key metrics, and derive actionable insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and incorporate innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning across all digital marketing channels, maintaining brand integrity and enhancing brand perception.
• Partnership Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support digital marketing initiatives and expand the company\'s digital reach.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards pertaining to digital marketing practices, while also identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate digital marketing strategies, performance updates, and insights to senior management and other stakeholders, fostering alignment and support for digital initiatives.

Candidates Profile:

• Minimum graduation is required, Advanced Diploma in Digital Marketing / Certified Course is preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in the Digital Marketing field is required.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, social media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in digital marketing strategies.
