Opening for the role of Head Quality with a leading Manufacturing organization based in Mohali , Punjab (Chandigarh Area)
Role: Head Quality
Designation: DGM/GM
Reporting To : Executive Director
Location: Mohali, Punjab
/Technical Competency:
- Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet World standards for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
- Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
- Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
- Work closely with production and product development team for overall improvement in customer experience.
- Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
Job Specification:
Qualification: B.E
X & XII marks : Above 70%
Years of Experience: 12- 20 years
Nature of Industry: Engineering/ Medical devices
Behavioral Skills:
