Job description Roles and Responsibilities
Expertise in managing Civil, Criminal & Contracts and conducting the same before High Court, Tribunals & other judicial authorities including Arbitral Tribunal for taking steps on behalf of the companies.
Desired Candidate Profile Hands On Experience in Litigation, Mitigation, Land Dispute, Legal Drafting, Counselling, Court Attending,
Rich experience in preparing legal instruments such as Writs, Appeals, Complaints, Suits, Notices, Affidavits, Written Statements, Rejoinder, Bipartite & Tripartite Agreements and Joint Venture Agreements.
Represented the company on issues of statutory regulatory changes like land Revenue, Water Tariff, Industrial Township, Forest, amendment in laws etc.
