Description The incumbent will have single point accountability for driving large scale business with focus accounts ensuring penetration across supply chain solutions. Responsibilities . Drive a successful profitable business for DP world with identified Focus accounts delivering to the business objectives for each account . Be the face of DP world for the client for any logistics solutions / services required by the client. . Spear head the activity to identify the supply chain needs of the account and liaise with the solution architects as needed to bring the entire strength and capabilities of DP World to the account and offer innovative and value accretive solutions . Effectively maintain market intelligence on the focus accounts monitor competition, stakeholder mapping, business trends impacting the business at the account . Develop the long-term account plan (1 year to 3 year) Present account sales/expenses forecasts to the management team . Drive senior executive level client relationship to create an effective brand positioning for DP world . Maintain and run an effective engagement calendar to ensure effective cross functional interactions across all relevant stakeholders between the account and DP world team . Monitor the Value delivered, and benefits accrued by the customer through DP World and effectively position to the client . Drive an effective pricing strategy and ensure appropriate price realization for business conducted by DP World . Monitor the operational scorecard for the focus account & drive y-o-y client improvement on all parameters . Create business case for investments in Focus accounts . Drive a culture of Customer Delight across the DP world team to ensure high customer satisfaction for the identified accounts. Our Ideal Candidate Proven sales track record in Pharms logistics industry with 10+ years of experience in India . Managed portfolio of INR 20+ Crs . Worked with industry leading 3PL companies (preferred). Candidates from Pharma industry is also preferred. . Relevant Key account experience for 2+ years including experience in developing and growing new key accounts . Relevant logistics expertise within identified sectors - auto, chemicals, FMCG, industrial, metal, pharma, capital & consumer goods, fashion & lifestyle . Experience in sales across entire logistics value chain including transportation, warehousing & Value-added service Key Competencies: . Key Account Management . Value based solution selling . Customer Centricity . Negotiation skills . Cross-functional team mgmt.
