We are inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Mortgage
In this role, you will be responsible for process execution and verification of tasks as a Quality checker, Execute tasks, which are mostly well-defined and routine/ Execute data transactions, takes/makes calls/ Shares and implements his/her practical knowledge and best practices
Responsibilities

• Assist the Team Leader in suggesting changes in process documents to be closed by the customer.
• Proficient in MIS and reporting skills
• Team managing skills would be a plus point
• Identifies and resolves problem through audits or customer feedback
• A sound understanding of and demonstrated experience in dealing with Australian Financial Institutions.

• B. Com or any other equivalent degree(Graduate)
• Strong in written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Excel and PPT
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to type between 40-60 words per minute with more than 90% accuracy.
• Detail oriented and demonstrated ability to deliver high quality output.

• Relevance experience in Retail Banking/Mortgage or Finance industry
• Strong focus on customer needs.
• Managing Change – Ability to adjust to changes in systems & process readily.
• Resilience – Able to handle pressure from a variety of factors.
