Position: DFT
Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Kochi/Vizag
Duration: Full Time

• We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced DFT/ATPG Engineer with over 5-15 years of expertise in DFT methodologies.
• The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience across a wide range of DFT activities, working at both subsystem and SOC levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience in DFT activities at subsystem and SOC levels.
• Expertise in ATPG pattern generation, ITPP generation, SCAN insertion, DRC (Design Compiler), and Coverage Analysis.
• Proficient in Timing and No-Timing Simulations.
• In-depth knowledge of boundary scan, ATPG, and structural test analysis techniques.
• Skilled in working with DFT tools such as Tessent, BScan, Mentor, Cadence, and more.
• Strong knowledge of scripting languages like Perl, TCL, and Python.

Qualifications:

• 12 + years of experience in DFT and ATPG methodologies.
• Proven experience with DFT techniques in a semiconductor environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
