This role will be responsible for many IT functions including supporting partnerships with the business and service level management of applications and systems.

We're looking for candidates with a thirst for innovation and a passion and aptitude for utilizing the right tool for the right job, even if that tool hasn't been created yet. The role is responsible for leading strategic BIG Distribution Management System (DMS) operations across BIG markets. This role directly impacts the core O2C business processes. The role will be required to drive strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. The individual will be expected to drive the implementation and maturity of the DMS platform along with other integrated commercial solutions.

What You'll Do for Us

1. Governance - Partner Service Level Agreement & Delivery

2. DMS Implementation- Deployment of DMS across BIG markets, integration with bottler systems
3. Simplification / Standardization- Drive process/ solution standardization across BIG bottlers
4. Operations Infrastructure- Establish tools for ticketing, performance monitoring etc.
5. Continuous Operations Improvement- Drive processes and compliance for incident management with cost optimization
6. Compliance- Adhere to legal, regulatory and internal IT controls
7. Release Management- Release management process to govern with minimal disruption
8. Change management- Govern the Change Management processes
9. Driving Reusability- Liaise with Vendor to ensure best practices are followed and solution developed in reusable across markets

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors Degree (Business Administration, Computer Science, Audit/Compliance, Electrical Engineering or related computer engineering).
• 5 - 6 years of work experience in FMCG industry on distribution management systems, experience in IT architecture, working in devops environment
• Must have a Proven track record managing multiple projects in a cross-functional team environment.
• Proven track record to execute and deliver devops applications
• Solid understanding of the configuration and functional set up
• Ability to objectively assess IT systems and process and devise effective solutions to mitigate risk
• Ability to assist in documenting and providing incident response in a timely fashion
• Ability to manage and balance multiple deliverables concurrently in an environment with shifting priorities
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and largely outsourced teams, experience operating in a highly matrix type organization
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes for service operations
