The duties and responsibilities of the DevOps Engineer include: \xc2\xb7 Working with an agile team to setup and configure cloud-based environments. \xc2\xb7 Design and develop secure cloud system architectures in accordance with established standards. \xc2\xb7 Actively participate in design meetings with the development team. \xc2\xb7 Package and support deployment of releases. \xc2\xb7 Analysing and resolving technical and application problems. \xc2\xb7 Adhering to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and onbudget. Desired Skills & Experience \xc2\xb7 Pursuing in Computer Science or a related discipline \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of linux scripting \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of cloud architecture concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) \xc2\xb7 Strong desire to expand knowledge in modern cloud architectures \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of System Security Concepts (PenTest, Vulnerability analysis) \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with version control concepts (Git) \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of testing principles Preferred Technical Skills \xc2\xb7 Experience with IaaS/PaaS/SaaS development environments (e.g. Amazon AWS) \xc2\xb7 Securing Web applications (Reverse proxies, firewalls, e.g. Couldflare etc.) \xc2\xb7 Experience with cloud development environments (e.g. Heroku) Job Type: Internship
