Description:

Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules\xe2\x80\x99 firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.

Requirements:

Must Have:

• Should have skills on Terraform, Packer
• Should have good exposure on Cloud- AWS
• Experience with CI/CD like Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub Actions(Preferred)
• Good hands-on experience on Scripting(Powershell Preferred)
• Proven ability to automate engineering processes, including provisioning and de-provisioning of Cloud resources
• Hands-On experience on Source control Git and branching & merging strategies
• Excellent in (Linux scripting, instance setup & configuration)
• Experience in Tech support environment
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Experince in Data Recovery, Disaster recovery management

Good to have:

• Infrastructure code testing as part of CI (Kitchen-CI, Terratest)
• Experience triggering automated tests from pipelines
• Deep knowledge of automation tools such as Powershell ability to drive and implement DevOps practices and technologies
• Experience with container technologies (Docker)
• Proven ability to design and implement secure, reliable and scalable system deployment
• Deep knowledge of automation technologies such as Chef, Ansible and other configuration management tools, and experience of designing, planning and building enterprise scale solutions, ability to drive and implement DevOps practices and technologies
• Must have experience of using enterprise grade requirements management solutions such as Jira, Confluence amongst others

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement secure, reliable and scalable system deployments
• Automate engineering processes including provisioning and de-provisioning of resources
• Participate in the definition of solution architectures to ensure that the IT organization\xe2\x80\x99s software solutions are built within a consistent framework and aligned to strategy;
• Proactively implement activities that generally impact multiple software and infrastructural components and processes and the work of own and other teams;
• Assigned complex undertakings that regularly require the application of independent judgment;
