As a DevOps Engineer for HP support website, you will work with Dev teams to oversee code releases, combining an understanding of both engineering and coding. From creating and implementing systems software to analyzing data to improve existing ones, you will help increases productivity in the workplace. You need to have a clear understanding of various automation tools for developing digital pipelines (CI/ CD pipelines). Responsibilities:

• Strong experience with container and container-orchestration systems for automating deployments, scaling, and management.
• Hands on experience of AWS services/features like EKS, ECR, s3, IAM, ELB, VPC, Cloud Formation, auto scaling, RDS, elastic cache etc.
• Hands on experience with packaging, building and deployment of applications based on j2ee, node and front-end frameworks like angular.
• Administration experience with databases such as SQL, NoSQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, Mongo.
• Experience with monitoring and log mining tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk etc., setting up AWS code pipelines and dashboards.
• Experience with Infrastructure as code for provisioning and managing cloud resources and containers with tools like Terraform, ansible, helm charts etc.
• Experience with project management and workflow tools such as Agile, Jira, Scrum/Kanban etc.
• Troubleshooting skills with the ability to spot issues before they become problems.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Typically 3-10 years of experience.
• A track record of collaborating with a variety of cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain protocol and processes with team and management.
• Time and project management skills, with the capability to prioritize and multitask as needed.
• Experience with all stages of the SDLC, conceptualization to Implementation, and exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum)
