What you\'ll do:

• Hands-on experience on Cloud Native Technologies like Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, Dockers.
• Bring technical expertise on a specific topic or problem related to the customer landscape.
• Ability to quickly understand and articulate new product technical requirements.
• Drive Operational efficiency topics.
• Own, Lead and coordinate operational tasks, customer escalations, process improvements.
• Work in project management mode with fixed timelines, cost and scope, with communication across stakeholders, etc.

What you bring:

• Around 6-8 years of overall software support/operations experience, with a successful delivery track record.
• Experience in building containers and working with container orchestration tools, in particular Kubernetes.
• Development experience in languages such as Go and/or Java as well as in sh, bash, etc.
• Very good analytical and technical skills, and familiarity with technology across the stack (OS, network, DB, application).
