This position is for one of the major program \xe2\x80\x9cFinance On the Cloud\xe2\x80\x9d. The chosen candidate will be working on Liquidity regulatory reporting process.

Finance on the Cloud programme is using the compute power of Cloud technology to redesign our operating model and take a data driven approach to reporting, rather than an output driven approach.

Role Title: Senior Software Engineer

In this role, you will:

Responsible for code management, change management, deployment and provide post deployment support.

Coordinate with various IT PODs, Testing teams, infrastructure teams & other project teams on deployment and change management tasks.

Actively contribute to design workshop, code reviews, scrum of scrum meetings and troubleshooting technical issues.

Look for automation opportunities and automate tasks through tools and scripts.

Ensure implementation of continuous integration / continuous delivery pipeline within a DevOps Product/Service team driving a culture of continuous improvement

Ensuring compliance with all relevant IT controls and standards including relevant Service Management Standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Should have at least 4-6 years of hand-on experience on code management/deployment using CI/CD pipelines.

Extensive knowledge on setting up DevOps CI-CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and Cloud build

Extensive knowledge on version control tools like Git and integrating with CI-CD pipelines

Experience on continuous integration / continuous delivery pipeline driving a culture of continuous improvement. Extensively leveraging tools like Ansible, Jenkins etc.

Working experience in developing scripts using Shell Scripting, Power shell scripting, Control-M draft development, Python, Groovy, play books and data technologies.

Working experience on tools like JIRA, Confluence, Service Now, CR Minion etc.

Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact independently with the global and regional Stakeholders from various IT teams.
