We work with a wide range of clients across many industries including financial services, professional services, telecommunications and media, consumer products, automotive, industrial automation, professional sports and entertainment, life sciences, ecommerce, and education. : We are looking for a skilled DevOps Automation who will be responsible for managing the design, planning, development, and execution of the entire Testing Life Cycle (STLC). In this role, you will oversee the QA strategy, including automation initiatives using BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) and manual testing. You will be responsible for managing accessibility testing on the web and coordinating test activities within the team. Responsibilities:

• Manage the design, test planning, development, and execution of the entire Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Develop and execute the QA strategy, including automation initiatives using BDD and manual testing.
• Manage accessibility testing on the web to ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
• Plan, schedule, execute, and coordinate test activities within the team.
• Track and report the progress of test execution, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
• Document and coordinate detailed execution plan for all testing cycles to support testing efforts.
• Collaborate with external partners to ensure effective delivery of quality assurance processes.
• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts to streamline testing efforts.
• Mentor developers on automation best practices and assist in automation-related tasks.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved to ensure overall system stability.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Design, implement, and track quality assurance metrics to measure and improve testing effectiveness.
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and strategies to enhance the testing process.

• Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in DevOps Automation
• Experience in SalesForce Communication Clouds
• Identify and validate Stories to be delivered (for environment pushes)
• Ensure all environments are in sync (Dev, UAT1, UAT2, PreProd and Prod)
• Primes off hour emergency deployments for hot fixes.
