Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement robust DevOps architectures for scalable applications. Lead and mentor DevOps teams to drive infrastructure automation and efficient delivery processes. Define CI/CD strategies and manage implementation using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc. Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools. Manage and optimize containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, GKE). Ensure cloud infrastructure security, scalability, and high availability (AWS, Azure, GCP). Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc. Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams for continuous improvement and delivery. Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve efficiency and reliability. Troubleshoot complex issues across development, QA, and production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 10 years of IT experience with at least 4-5 years in a DevOps leadership or architect role. Strong expertise in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP. Deep understanding of DevOps principles, SDLC, and agile methodologies. Experience in containerization, microservices, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Hands-on with automation/configuration tools: Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc. Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell). Proven experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Certifications in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), or DevOps tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with hybrid cloud or on-premises-to-cloud migration. Knowledge of security best practices for DevOps and cloud environments. Previous experience in leading cross-functional DevOps teams.
