Team Leadership and Mentorship:

Project Management:

Overseeing the software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.

Technical Guidance:

Providing technical expertise, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the team adheres to best practices.

Code Quality:

Ensuring code quality through code reviews, adhering to coding standards, and promoting best practices.

Collaboration:

Collaborating with product managers, stakeholders, and other teams to align development efforts with business goals.

Communication:

Effectively communicating project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Performance Management:

Evaluating team member performance, providing feedback, and identifying development opportunities.

Continuous Improvement:

Driving a culture of continuous improvement, adopting new technologies, and enhancing development processes.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
