Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

• This position requires an individual to be creative, team-oriented and driven to produce results and demonstrates the ability to take a cross-team leadership role
• Lead and mentor the (senior) software engineers in the development team.
• Works in close cooperation with the architects and the business analysts across development teams.
• Define, prototype and recommend the technology solutions, detailing the implementation design and identifying interfaces with other products for integration
• Apply attained experiences and knowledge in solving problems that are complex in scope requiring in-depth evaluation
• Generalist technical knowledge within department and working knowledge of major system component interactions
• Strong generalist understanding of concepts related to computer architecture, data structures and standard programming practices.

• Works with the architects to help designs overall system and solution architecture, system integration, and implementation strategy in an Agile development process.
• Generate and maintain conceptual/logical architectures, system documents, testing analyzes, test plans, and risk assessments
• Strong communication skills.
• Should have excellent attention to high quality
• Coding, unit testing, and peer code reviews.
• Should participate in engineering audits, design reviews/Code reviews and troubleshooting within and outside his/her project team.
• Knowledge of Oracle database and PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of web services (REST/SOAP).
• Knowledge in security and performance engineering.
• Knowledge of Linux.

• Experience in domain of Supply chain execution.
• Knowledge of Apache web server.
• Spring basics and Hibernate (or any ORM).
