Consortio have partnered with a globally dominant and renowned consultancy who are looking to expand their business development and consultancy services team in Northern Europe with the addition of a Business Development Lead. Due to unprecedented success in Europe and the Middle east, our client has managed to continue growing financially through the Covid-19 pandemic and is aiming to use this as a steppingstone to long-term market gains. As a Business Development lead, you will be expected to manage a large part of the marketing and BD teams, working alongside the Advisory Services Director and nearly 200 engineers to drive our client forward in an ever-changing market. Our client has a goal to focus almost entirely on decarbonisation and the digitalisation of the maritime market, and so the best candidates will be able to bring their experience from these areas into the business. With the business unit consisting of 3 departments, the ideal candidate will be able to diffract their time and focus across each of these.
