Role Proficiency: Independently develops error free code with high quality validation of applications guides other developers and assists Lead 1 - Software Engineering

Outcomes: * Understand and provide input to the application/feature/component designs; developing the same in accordance with user stories/requirements.

• Code debug test document and communicate product/component/features at development stages.
• Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components.
• Optimise efficiency cost and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models
• Mentor Developer 1 - Software Engineering and Developer 2 - Software Engineering to effectively perform in their roles
• Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system
• Proactively identify issues/defects/flaws in module/requirement implementation
• Assists Lead 1 - Software Engineering on Technical design. Review activities and begin demonstrating Lead 1 capabilities in making technical decisions

Description: UST is looking for a SAG developer: must have prior experience in working as software developers, software architects, etc. They have practical experience in dealing with SAG webMethods, operations, configuration, leadership roles Responsibilities: . Developing software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces. . Directing system testing and validation procedures. . Directing software programming and documentation development. . Consulting with departments or customers on project status and proposals. . Working with customers or departments on technical issues including software system design and maintenance. . Analyzing information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system. Requirements: . 3 to 6 years of development experience in Middleware and Integration . Good work experience in SAG web Methods (IS, MWS, Designer, Adaptor, UM/JMS/Broker, Active Transfer) . Preferred to have good knowledge in API Gateway, CI/CD tools and Cloud. . Well versed in Unix, RDBMS and Integration, configuration management. . Hands on experience of implementing common integration pattern (messaging, REST services, web services, MFT) . Aware of security, configuration, high availability concept while designing integration solutions. . Knowledge of Agile and Sprint . Must adapt to new technologies when introduced .
