Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Chief of Staff to work in the office of our Managing Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic, analytical, and technical support to the MD and the senior management team. They will play a key role in shaping and executing the company\'s strategy, driving operational excellence, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-level strategic and analytical support to the MD and senior management team.

- Perform thorough analytical research and bring in relevant information for better decision making by MD.

- Work with office of external senior leaders to plan agenda & manage their visits with internal admin team and EAs.

- Coordinate with leaders and prepare agenda, presentation for the monthly townhall, monthly connects with C-suite and other regular meetings.

- Work with the MD to set and drive the company\'s strategic agenda, ensuring alignment with the company\'s goals and objectives.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business and its operating environment, providing insights and recommendations to the MD and senior management team.

- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across the organization, working closely with other departments to drive cross-functional initiatives.

- Lead special projects and initiatives as required, driving their successful completion.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure the MD is well-informed and well-connected.

- Ensure effective management of the MD\'s office, including budget management, staff management, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

- At least 8-11 yrs years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex issues and develop creative solutions.

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results on time and within budget.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

- High level of discretion and confidentiality.

- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
