Job Description


  • Position: Desktop Support Engineer - L2 Support
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in desktop support roles
Responsibilities: * Provide second-level technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access.
  • Collaborate with L1 & L2 support for issue escalation and resolution.
  • Perform hardware upgrades and replacements when necessary.
  • Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place and functional.
  • Document support procedures and maintain knowledge base.
  • Assist in IT asset management and inventory tracking.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, both onsite and remotely.
