Provide L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues escalated from Level 1 support.
Support Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems (as applicable).
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Perform software installations, upgrades, patches, and maintenance.
Ensure endpoint security policies are enforced, including antivirus and data protection tools.
Assist with setup and configuration of workstations for new employees.
Monitor and maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Provide support for video conferencing systems and remote users (VPN, RDP, etc.).
Collaborate with other IT teams for escalations, projects, and rollouts.
Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of support tickets.
Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles.
