First Level support for all Desktop callsr r Escalation and coordination with vendor and data center support for physical replacement (where applicable pending access and service contract provided by client)r r Installation of Std. Wintel Desktop Operating Systemsr r Should be familiar with Desktop concept in an active directory environment.r r Installation of Std.
