Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide
technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
. Install, configure, and maintainWindows/Mac OS/Linux operating systems
. Troubleshoothardware, software, and network connectivity issues
. Manageuser accounts, access rights, and permissions
using Active Directory. Monitor, troubleshoot, and provide basic support forWindows/Linux servers
. Assist inserver backup, patch management, and antivirus administration
. Set up and supportVPNs, firewalls, and endpoint protection
. Coordinate with vendors forhardware replacements and warranties
. Maintaininventory and documentation
of IT assets and systems. Provide remote support using tools likeAnyDesk, TeamViewer, or Remote Desktop
. Collaborate with the IT team forserver upgrades, network optimization
, and project rollouts.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2-5 years of experience
in desktop support and basic server administration. Strong knowledge ofWindows Server (2016/2019)
andLinux fundamentals
. Hands-on experience withActive Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
