Job Title: Associate \xe2\x80\x93 Technology Service Analyst

Location: Pune, India

Role Description :

The Technology Service Analyst acts as a hands-on technician executing several tasks in relation to the required services within the Service Management environment. The Technology Service Analyst role supports the respective functional teams and provides expertise and assistance to ensure effective services are provided by Service Management. The main tasks of the Technology Service Analyst are: monitoring and tracking activities, analysing issues, supporting the resolution of issues and conflicts and preparing reports and meetings. The Technology Service Analyst has knowledge of and experience in all relevant tools used in the Service Management environment.

Your key responsibilities

• Interpersonal and collaboration skills to work collaboratively with multiple peer level teams and upstream/downstream teams
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to work with numerous IT application owners and various stakeholders effectively
• Turn acquired knowledge into documentation and share learning with the team and also willing to learn to adapt new processes and overhauling the existing ones
• Windows desktop administration and troubleshooting knowledge is a plus to take part in the immediate wider team as part of Desktop specialists
• Inclination to work across Ops/Engineering to take up mid-level/intermediate tasks in Config Manager as part of DevOps is desirable, but not mandatory
• Group Policy deployment and understanding in Active Directory environment is optional, but desirable
• Active contribution for process fine-tuning, improvements and optimization

Your Skills and Experience:

• Looking for a suitable candidate with 6+ years of IT infrastructure experience preferably in MS Windows domain for application and software updates deployment role based in DBOI Pune office
• Suitable candidate should have understanding of application and software updates deployment on Windows 7/10 across a wider range of devices including physical machines, virtual machines and laptops
• Strong understanding of operating MS configuration manager (SCCM) or equivalent system for deploying software updates, applications and other software elements
• Understanding and experience with ITIL process is required. Process diligence is key trait required to carry out deployment tasks with high quality and thoroughness
