Your profile

• \xc2\xb7 Produce accurate 3D layout and solid models of Recip compressors in accordance to the project scope and within specified time frames
• \xc2\xb7 Creates engineering prints and bills of material for manufacturing
• \xc2\xb7 Creates solid model assemblies in NX to ensure form, fit and function logic is met, and ensuring assembly to mating parts are correct
• \xc2\xb7 Supports product design and development, part detailing and checking, fabrication and manufacturing, and is an integral part of overall client satisfaction
• \xc2\xb7 When required, the product drafter will need to incorporate new designs and standards into existing compressor designs and stay within footprint limitations
• \xc2\xb7 Assist in design reviews and implement design changes
• \xc2\xb7 Demonstrate problem solving skills and innovative thinking.

Education Qualification:

• \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or equivalent in years of rotating equipment experience
• \xc2\xb7 Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in Reciprocating compressor including knowledge of industry standards (API, ASME, etc.)
• \xc2\xb7 Experience in solid modeling and drafting using CAD
• \xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a team environment & general knowledge in manufacturing
• \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal for the English language.
• \xc2\xb7 Proficiency with CAD (NX), PLM (Team Center/Globus) and ERP system (SAP or Oracle).
