ROLE:

The purpose of this role is to lead the technical delivery of Built Environment projects within our Indian GDC Building Structures team. Primary responsibilities will include: leading and supporting the delivery of major structural design projects in REVIT and BIM, working collaboratively with a range of disciplines including M&E and Architecture; supervision and leadership - being interface of GDC for delivery of our projects, setting up models specific to structural engineering; managing the ANZ structural team expectations relative to REVIT and BIM requirements; understanding stakeholder requirements and delivery requirements; documentation control through various web based applications for projects and internal Jacobs systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide REVIT and BIM Design services advice and guidance to external and internal clients.
• Promote a culture of safety and quality to achieve best in class status within the market sector.
• Manage projects within timeframes and budgets.
• Deliver projects utilizing resources globally. Provide guidance and feedback to our extended teams in our GDC's.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external Jacobs clients.
• Undertake professional development such as attending industry workshops and developing people leadership skills.

Qualifications

• BE / Diploma 13+ years' experience in 3Dmodelling with minimum 8-10 years of professional experience with minimum 5 yrs of 3D modelling experience.
• Experience in preparing minimum LOD 300 REVIT Documentation (3D and 2D), general arrangement drawings, Reinforcement Drawings, and Reinforcement Detailing.
• Experience in Precast and Steel Structures will be an advantage.
• Must have experience on international projects self-motivated, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Experience in BIM management as an additional skill will be preferred.
• Has in depth knowledge of building structural elements.
• BIM Knowledge as per best-industry practice, hands-on experience in 3D modelling and scheduling, multi-D coordination and documentation, BIM setup for a project and execution and monitoring.
• Family Creations, Projectwise, A360 working experience.
