• 15+ Years Hands on Experience in New product development, Preferably in Automotive domain
• 3+ Years of Experience in Power electronics product development especially for Electric or Hybrid system High Voltage DCDC convertors, Invertors, Integrated Charger-Convertor, Integrated Convertor-Invertor and Power distribution Unit.
• Knowledge on Product development compliant to LV124, LV123, ISO26262 , ASIL rating
• Strong knowledge in system level design and EV topologies for Power electronics products, should be aware of different substrates like Direct Bonded Copper, Active Metal Brazed, Insulated Metal Substrate apart from PCB technology.
• Knowledge on Clearance-Creepage distances, Pollution Degree, EMC design rules, Design rules for Magnetics necessary
• 7+ years of component development experience as an individual contributor

• Should have realized part/component design through manufacturing process Injection Molding/ Pressure Die Casting / Sheetmetal-Stamping

• Have specialization in one of the above stated manufacturing processes and worked as an expert
• Have Expertise in selection and designing Automotive signal and power connectors
• Hands-on Experience in Material selection, engineering calculations, identify and defining manufacturing processes for individual parts, identify right supplier, simulate part manufacturing process, create part drawing, improve part design by frontloading approach, develop part with the suppliers and release the part for PPAP.
• Hands-on experience with Creo (Part and Assembly Modeling) & Windchill PDM.
• Expertise in Limits, Fits & Tolerances and GD&T
• 7+ Year Experience as a design lead and should have developed 2 platform products from Conceptualization to industrialization- Complete product life cycle development experience for at least 2 Products

• Experience as \xe2\x80\x9cTechnical Lead\xe2\x80\x9d in defining Platform, Architecture and design elements
• Have designed and selected Wet Sealing, Gaskets and Thermal interface material
• Experience in Assembly process definition, identify and develop needed interconnection technology with reliability evaluation fulfilling product reliability targets
• Experience in detailed design, work with Plant, Supplier, Purchasing, perform DFMA, Design for Line, launch management, Handle field issues.
• Expertise in ISO GPS specification and perform worst case, Statistical and 3D tolerance calculation
• Experience in handling Technical challenges as a direct interface with varied OEM\'s
• In-Depth understanding of IATF 16949:2016 specification and have submitted part to customer for ISIR
• Knowledge in performing DFMEA, DFM, DFA, Root cause Analysis, 8D methods and expertise in 1 or more methods.

• Single point of Contact from Development along with AE project Manager to Internal Customer partners and OEM (coordination, participation, escalation, report to Management, presentation, communication in SE teams) for complete New Product Development.
• Discuss with the Project team, system team and Customer to define precise Mechanical design specification
• Follow Bosch Product Engineering Process and take Responsible and Ownership for complete product development from Concept \xc3\xa0 Series production
• Propose reliable design concepts, evaluate feasibility, and identify risks and propose countermeasures to meet Product and System level requirement
• Perform DAR and decide the best concept, Define Architecture and Design elements
• Perform Design reviews
• Perform Clearance and creepage calculations, Collision check and Create assembly instructions
• Define Mechanical Design Architecture and Generate 3D part design in CAD
• Identify inspection Characteristics / Potential special characteristics
• Layout contour file / Footprint for mechanical functions (PCB)
• Perform tolerance calculation
