Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

• 
  Coordinate and provide a Design brief to Architectural Consultants, Town Planners, etc. to design and develop a master plan for existing land parcel and create multiple proposals based on aesthetic and optimum utilization as desired and submit the same to the Management for approval
• Coordinate with internal teams like Leasing / Sales & Marketing for obtaining design requirements based on clients\xe2\x80\x99 requirements / feedback, market demand, etc. to the type and style of construction, layout, size, services, landscape, etc.
• Review and analyze the drawings, master plan received from the Architect and other Consultants and recommend changes, if any to ensure that the best possible aesthetic design along with design efficiencies and optimal construction options are incorporated while conceptualizing / finalizing the drawings
• Liaising with Regulatory departments to obtain views / inputs regarding the mandatory & statutory requirements are incorporated in the drawings and based on inputs provided, brief Architect and other Consultants to incorporate necessary changes as per the Governmental Regulations & Statutory requirements
• Follow up with Regulatory departments for approvals of regulatory drawings, proposals, etc. to ensure that the designs / drawings can be frozen and issued for construction, thus ensuring that the project deadlines are met and no delays occur due to design delays
• Coordinate with MEP team to obtain inputs / feedback regarding the services and other aspects being provided and the authentication of whether the same is justified and appropriate as per the project requirements to ensure that best and optimum aspects are incorporated in the design and no issues are faced due to lack of proper services design & planning and any other aspect.
• Coordinate with Architect and other Consultants for the design developments in line with design brief, within the cost parameters and in line with the project requirements.
• Coordinate with Architect and other Consultants for issuing tender drawings as per the project plan. Coordinate with Architect and other Consultants for issuing Good for Construction Working Drawings as per the project requirements. Interact with Projects Department / Contractors to resolve design issues if any. Providing appropriate feedback / solutions, etc. to ensure that the work is executed as per finalized drawings Contract management and bill certifications of Architect and other consultants.
• Follow change management processes where ever required as per the SOPs.

Education and Skills:

• 
  B Arch., Masters in Architecture & Urban Planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
• Working experience of developing designs/ exposure on BIM
• Working experience on ERP, Aconex, etc
• Knowledge of all construction related activities, Knowledge of Design softwares
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Team spirit, Interpersonal skills, meticulous attitude, ability to work under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, persuasive skills and conflict resolution skills Should have completed at least 2-3 projects with complete life cycle, starting from development of the design brief till project completion.
• Exposure in Grade A commercial development is preferred.

• 12 - 14 Years of experience in Real Estate Industry
