Role Description CCI Projects is seeking a Design Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai. The Design Manager will lead a team of architects and design professionals, oversee the design and execution of multiple projects, and liaise with clients, vendors, and contractors. Qualifications Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a relevant field Minimum eight years of experience in design, with at least three years in a managerial role Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite Excellent design and conceptualization skills Ability to develop and communicate design concepts, and manage design teams and timelines Strong writing and communication skills Ability to collaborate across teams and coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors Experience in real estate or construction projects is a plus
