Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design team, bringing out the best in every member.
• Apply hard skills in visual and brand design, with a track record of 1-2 years in a similar role.
• Demonstrate a great eye for detail and an exquisite taste in design that aligns with Nova\'s existing brand.
• Showcase expertise in product design/UX design, having worked on projects or gained significant exposure in these areas.
• Mentor and guide product designers and visual/brand designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Demonstrate the ability to handle individual design tasks efficiently, contributing to both product and brand design aspects as required.

Job Requirement


Requirements:

• Overall experience of 5+ years in the design space, with 1+ years of experience leading a design team.
• At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in visual and brand design
• Familiar with trends in the Product Design space along with hands-on experience of working on some challenging projects.
• Portfolio showcasing a strong eye for detail and alignment with contemporary design trends.
• Strong mentoring and leadership skills.
• Ability to understand business priorities and align design outcomes to optimize value creation for the business.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, specially with product, engineering and marketing counterparts.
