DESIGN LEAD As the Design Lead at Hogr, you\'ll play a pivotal role in developing design concepts and bringing them to life for our entire brand. You will manage the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet deadlines and budget requirements. Responsibilities: Drive our visual identity as a Senior Designer, steering the creation of captivating designs that resonate with our brand\'s essence and engage our audience i.e. Hogr users, restaurant partners & content creators. Bring your brand ideas to life as you conceptualise and execute high-quality visual content across diverse static videos, ensuring our message is both impactful and consistent. Take the reins in mentoring junior designers and collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams, crafting designs that harmonise aesthetics and functionality. Play a pivotal role in shaping our design strategy, using your advanced design skills to craft compelling narratives that elevate our brand in a competitive landscape. Bring pixel-perfect precision to your designs, ensuring that every element aligns flawlessly, from typography to colour palettes, and upholding our standard of design excellence. Stay informed about industry trends, and AI technologies, and recommend new tools and techniques to enhance the design process and output. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in design, visual arts, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in a design leadership role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects across various platforms. Expertise in graphic design, user interface design, typography, and colour theory. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in the food delivery or e-commerce industry is a plus.
