Job Description

We are seeking an experienced The HOD will be responsible for academic leadership, strategic planning, faculty development, and ensuring excellence in teaching, research, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide academic leadership and vision for the department. Supervise and evaluate faculty and support staff performance. Develop and review curriculum to ensure relevance and quality. Promote a culture of research and innovation within the department. Ensure smooth departmental operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Foster industry and academic collaborations. Mentor students and support their academic and career development. Ensure compliance with institutional policies, accreditation, and regulatory requirements. Represent the department in academic and administrative forums.

Qualifications & Experience:

Ph.D. / Master's Degree in [Relevant Subject] from a recognized institution. Minimum of 8-10 years of teaching/research/industry experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong record of academic publications, research, or industry collaboration. Experience in curriculum development, quality assurance, and institutional accreditation.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
